If I Can Stop One Heart from Breaking is a tender and unflinching collection of poems that walks the fragile line between grief and healing. Drawing from deeply personal experiences of loss, longing, and spiritual searching, these poems offer both witness and refuge—an honest companion for anyone navigating the quiet, complicated terrain of the heart.
Through vivid imagery and intimate reflection, this collection speaks to the universal experience of sorrow while gently illuminating the possibility of transformation. Each poem becomes a stepping stone—through pain, toward meaning; through absence, toward connection; through heartbreak, toward renewal.
For those who are grieving, remembering, or learning how to begin again, this book offers solace, understanding, and a reminder that even in our darkest moments, healing is possible—and we do not walk alone.
